At Arivu Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience. However, if you need to cancel or request a refund, please read our detailed policy below:
1. General Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After this period, the following conditions apply:
- Before Course Start: If you cancel at least 7 days before the course starts, you will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable registration fees.
- Within 7 Days of Course Start: If you cancel within 7 days of the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
- After Course Start: No refunds will be issued after the course has started.
2. Special Circumstances
We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. In such cases, the following special circumstances will be considered:
- Medical Emergencies: If you or an immediate family member experiences a medical emergency, please provide a medical certificate. A pro-rated refund may be considered based on the circumstances.
- Technical Issues: If you face technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course materials, please contact our support team. We will attempt to resolve the issues, and if they cannot be resolved, a pro-rated refund may be issued.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@arivuacademy.com with your enrollment details and reason for cancellation.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the enrollment. Please note:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds to credit or debit cards may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
- Online Payment Gateways: Refunds processed through Razorpay or other payment gateways will follow the respective gateway's refund processing timelines.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non-refundable. These include:
- Registration fees
- Materials and shipping costs (if applicable)
- Transaction processing fees charged by payment gateways
6. Course Transfers
If you wish to transfer your enrollment to a different course or session, please contact our support team. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
7. Changes to Policy
